SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped using standard shipping, so please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipping orders.

Curl Queen is not responsible for any lost packages or misdeliveries. Please make sure you include your apt number when entering your address. For any issues with packages after shipping, please contact USPS. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
